Whispers  on  the  Horizon
地平線上的低吟

Fatma Abdulhadi

born in 1988, Riyadh - lives and works in Riyadh

Fatma Abdulhadi’s installation What Remains… Stay as Long as You Can includes printed mesh panels and basil plants. It creates a quiet, garden-like space filled with an atmosphere full of fragrance, shade, and silence.
The basil reminds her of family rituals passed down from her mother. Visitors are invited to pause and remember. The work tries to preserve what is fading: the smell of basil, lost memories, and inner emotions.
Abdulhadi creates her own printing colors with pigments from plants and natural materials. With her drawings and printing technique on silk, she tells stories rooted in memory and emotion that reflect on care and connection.
